Sarah Houghton-Jan
Sarah Houghton-Jan serves as the Senior Librarian for Digital Futures for the San Jose Public Library in the heart of Silicon Valley. She serves on the Library and Information Technology Association’s Top Technology Trends Committee and is a consultant technology instructor for Infopeople. Sarah presents and trains internationally and has been published widely in both library and technology magazines and journals. She also authored a book-length piece for ALA's Library Technology Reports, entitled Technology Competencies and Training for Libraries. Sarah also writes daily for her award-winning blog about library technology issues and resources, LibrarianInBlack.
