Our communities are diverse, not only with culture, but with abilities. Is your library properly serving your residents if programming opportunities don't reflect the whole community? People with special needs and mental health issues make up a segment of your population, but they are often forgotten when it comes to program development. I'm here to explain that programming for these groups doesn't need to be daunting or difficult. This workshop will provide you with steps library staff can use to outreach and support at-risk populations in your area.
