In this session, we will discuss the importance of the Student Assistant's role in the Library and how we can, as mentors, develop engaged and contributing team members who take pride and ownership in their work and care about the service they provide to our users. A Student Assistant's development, growth, and input is important for improved customer service and also shows our responsibility as mentors in developing workplace skills and creating productive leaders.
