"Laws such as the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act legislate principles that insightful library workers have long understood and practiced, and libraries serve diverse populations with diverse strengths that are badly needed in our complex, quickly changing society. How can we foster this diversity, rethink and redesign our practices through the lens of inclusive design, and advance library services for today's and tomorrow's realities? This session will discuss the benefits of inclusive design for libraries, and how to put it into practice."
