Increasingly, we are hearing and seeing that stress levels of post-secondary students are growing on Canadian campuses. We found that even small projects can have a strong positive effect on student wellness by being student focused, being creative with existing resources, and connecting with other departments to create positive change. At Cambrian College, we fearlessly ?went rogue? to provide a student-focused space within the library to help students cope with stressful periods. The result was space that students love, and newly fostered culture of collaboration among staff and across departments that has spurred on other projects campus-wide to increase student wellness.
