In this webinar, we’ll apply a service design lens to improve how you design programs, services and spaces for the millennial audience. We’ll use an array of design thinking tools to empathize with the audience and define several opportunities you can bring back to your library.

We will segment the millennial audience to better understand the unique needs of two subset groups of millennials: millennials with kids and millennials without. This session will look at both adult and children’s programming opportunities.

Learn through examples and stories shared by Calgary Public Library who uses service design to lead new initiatives that resonate with millennial audiences.
