Learn about numerous government resources that can help you and your patrons increase your knowledge, and receive a new librarians’ resource guide that will help your branch become an important tax resource for the residents of your area.

About the instructor:
Jeremy Bertrand is a Senior Program Advisory Specialist in the Ontario Ministry of Finance. Jeremy has worked for the provincial government for over 31 years. His current duties include coordinating the province's tax compliance and benefits outreach program, educating thousands of people across Ontario each year about how various taxes work, as well as how to file their personal income tax and how to find, understand and apply for the credits and benefits they may be entitled to.
