Critical Approaches To Library Assessment
Please note: Due to COVID-19, this session will be rescheduled to another date.

This session will offer a brief survey of the most recent literature about critical assessment in higher education and libraries.

Examples of thoughtful and innovative assessment initiatives will be introduced. Key themes and takeaways will be discussed with attendees, who will then be invited to share their thoughts about and experiences with critical assessment practices.

You will learn how to:

1) Learn about recent research on critical assessment in higher education;
2) Identify resources to help get started with their own assessment research and initiatives; and
3) Exchange with colleagues who are involved with assessment at their institution.
